How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping: We free shipping for all orders .

How long will it take to get my order?
Standard Shipping: On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-4 business day after purchase. Standard shipping/ transit times apply (4-7 days for domestic and 7-15 days for international).
Quilts are produced and shipped from our facility 8-12 days in regular seasons. Shipping Time: 10 – 15 days* in regular seasons for Quilts.

What do you need to do in exchange for a refund or refund?

When will you be exchanging or refunding?

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

+ Didn’t fit
+ Didn’t match description
+ Wrong item

Timeframe in which accept returns?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

Who Is Responsible for Return product?

Cole Mall will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I apply a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code inside you shopping cart! Coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout! You can also enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must hit apply coupon before adding payment)

How do I change my order?
Email us regarding all changes to an order!

Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at Contact@colemall.com with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.

What’s the status of my order?
Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information. The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence. If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there. Replacements, Exchanges, and Returns

When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?
Send us an email with attaching photo(s) and we will send out a replacement within 72 business hours!

What should I do in case of late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Contact@colemall.com . Who will be responsible for shipping fee if I exchange or return an order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.
